Good company with focused direction. Typically very clear directive and expectation. Some communication is a little slow internally but everyone has a lot on their plate. So that's to be expected. Good pay and good benefits. Shouldn't have left.

Cons

CRM is sometimes micromanaged but not any worse than I have dealt with before.
