Pros

Great place to work, awesome people. Good benefits, health, car, phone, laptop, etc... Great coffee, brand new building with room to expand.

Cons

Too much busy work, repeated forms that are pointless. Silly idea that if you are quoting a project that you can associate a percentage of chance to win just by knowing there is a project out there.
