Company is growing at 12% which can make for a good bonus but most of the time new big accounts are washed out with big accounts leaving or losing jobs.

Cons

Ancient, complicated and confusing commission structure. Employee pays for required company car.

- Company is doing well financially - Company car, laptop, cell phone, home internet, iPad - No competition really

Cons

- They try their best to micromanage but as long as you do your job they will stay off your back - GmbH cannot keep up with the growth

Pros

The people at igus are a family and all the management cares about their employees. That is something a paycheck can't buy. The company has products for every industry and keeps growing as technology advances. With these two strengths I can't seem to find any cons.
