Pros

The building is nice, ypu get free food every day and free work boots, t shirts, and lunch during the first two days of onboarding. It's a clean, organized, modern looking space.

Cons

There is a huge difference between the office environment and the actual factory floor environment. The onboarding process doesn't show you what you'll be doing as an assembler or who you'll be working with until the very end. Ultimately it felt like a prison cell with a very rude unprofessional team leader who has no idea (or desire) how to properly, patiently train. How is anyone supposed to learn the job and become proficient if questions aren't allowed, and no one speaks decent English?

Travel to Germany to see operations and factory. Meeting the wonderful and intelligent owner of the company. Building relationships with customers

Leadership is a buddy system not based on skills. No room for advancement

Thank you for your feedback! For this sales position there is an uncapped commission plan so the sky is the limit. A company car is also provided to use as your vehicle for work and on weekends. Both of these benefits should help pay for the above. we wish you the best of luck in your next chapter!
