Great training programs to get you the knowledge you need to be successful in your role. Challenging product lines that keep you engaged and constantly learning. Opportunities are created for advancement. Benefits are competitive. Great work culture including weekly summer night volleyball at our recreation area. 2 annual parties (summer and winter holiday) that are a ton of fun and get everyone together from different divisions within Igus. Supportive upper management. Flexible hours with an hour long lunch break.

Proven year-over-year growth shown by expansion in workforce and facility. Culture that cares about and listens to their employees. High-performance culture where those who show up and work hard applying theirs skills are rewarded. Team members are empowered to take ownership of their subject matter or territory. Fun on and off-site activities and parties that promotes a strong "work-family" culture. Work/life balance is understood, respected, and promoted. A great place to grow, learn, and be challenged and appreciated.
