- Easy products to sell. - Igus owns majority of market for Cable track. Makes it easy to get in the door. - lots of good internal processes to help the TSMs

Cons

- They do not trust the sales team. Lots of micromanagement. - Several of the managers here are rude. Not very helpful or empathetic to those working under them. - Too many managers. Managers for several different fields. None of which like to cold call but put everything on you to get them the results. Majority of managers here do not lead by example.

Cons

Employees ruled by fear of loosing their jobs. Poor employee relations by leadership. Company drive was Quantity over quality. It wasn't always that way. It's about more than $$$
