Pros
Interesting application domain, a lot of new stuff and challenges, plenty of new technologies. There are opportunities to work on smart algorithms like compression, device management protocols or use J2EE skills to be part of the server development team. It seems InnoPath could expand its management software to control extended set of mobile devices beyond wireless phones .
Cons
Not clear roadmap, ambiguous organization structure, significant turn over. The domain area still needs to be recognized by carriers and enterprises. Do not expect exponential revenue growth in near future.
