Encourages problem solving in the workplace.

Cons

There is a lack of information as to who is working on what problems, so you get multiple people chasing the same cheese, which is very aggravating and a waste of resources. Peter Principle rules the day here. So, too, nepotism. Divergent thinkers are not welcome.

Good life balance and good working environment

Cons

Benefits decreased over time. They took out ESPP, then HSA contribution. The yearly bonuses disappeared as well as any salary increase discussions.
