Great onboarding process, the tech setup is great, everyone is friendly, helpful, and work as a team. Health benefits are great - very reasonable and coverage. Executive leadership is engaged and trustworthy, a real breath of fresh air.

Cons

No employee loan program discount.

Management is promoted well beyond their level of competence and getting them involved to help with a problem just means it is going to get a whole lot worse.
