Pros

Passionate coworkers, competitive environment, excellent communication between teams, multiple levels of management and vendors. Several time consuming tasks are completed by valet, Jr. Processors or HOI Specialists. Excellent turn times from vendors, or communication is timely and transparent when something is delayed. I started processing in 1998 and was a loanDepot employee from 2015-2019 and came back in 2026. After working in other environments literally every con is easily tolerable. I’ve learned my lesson and I’m very grateful to be back.

Cons

There’s so many compartmentalized processes for things, there’s a lot of time spent on non-dollar productive activity. However, I think that also lends itself to more efficiency so, it’s probably not really a con.

Easy to use system. Can get plugged in immediately. As long as you are not terrible, you can make consistent income. overall leads are great

Cons

Tiered leadflow has some favoritism You will be gaslit, just a number, hit your numbers or you don't exist, or try not to exist, because they'll get you lol!
