Pros

Pros-paycheck and overtime. They promote from within, but only if you worked for their prior companies. If you want to spend all your time at work and have no life, then this is the place for you.

Cons

Cons-You are only a number, poor management, sweat shop. This place is like high school with lots of clique's. They will let you know that you are disposable.

We do recognize that work/life balance is critical to employee happiness as well as productivity. We offer 15 days of PTO annually and more, based on tenure. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we apologize for not meeting your expectations as an employer. - Tara

Pros

There are no pros at this company.

Cons

Stay away from this company from the CEO to the management. No one knows what there doing at this job. The training was rushed and not put together properly. They went from paying employees $28hr and recently changing titles to start changing the pay to $17hr which is horrible drop in pay for a company. That alone shows how poor accounting and future analytics never took into account interest rates rising. Tomo rather worry about buying MLB advertisement then taking care of his employees.

Pros

The only pro is you work from home

Cons

They change your schedule every month, and can’t guarantee you a schedule. The only thing they tell you to do is try and “switch with someone” but that’s almost impossible. They make you work 2 Saturdays a month but don’t tell you until the Friday before you work, so good bye planning your weekends in advance. The managers are super condescending, and will grade your metrics on things that are outside of your control. They say that they get all their leads directly from the website but I’ve had so many callers say they clicked an add saying they were eligible for a 3rd stimulus check. It all feels predatory!! You get coached and written up if you don’t rebuttle the call when they say no. I understand doing it once or twice but they want you to do it until they hang up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While it's disappointing to hear about your challenges, we truly appreciate your honesty—it helps us better understand areas where we need to improve. We’re glad you found value in the flexibility of working from home, but it’s clear there are aspects of the scheduling process, communication, and coaching that need attention. Your points about workload expectations, clarity in lead sources, and fairness in evaluations are particularly important, and we’ll take this feedback seriously. We strive to create an environment where our team members feel supported and empowered, so we’ll reflect on how we can make meaningful changes. Thank you again for your input, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
