Pros

Goal-setting and gives you a course for how you want your life to be, the people you work with are like-minded and fun, the job itself is fun and the guests are generally great. You can also generally be able to move to any store in the country and work there which is great if you need to move or want to make a life change.

Cons

It may take awhile to get used to the lululemon culture, meaning you have to be able to give and receive feedback and give straight talk to everyone you work with.

Pros

Upbeat, fun and health- oriented workspace.

Cons

Too much focus on feedback. We were Encouraged to give others feedback and at times I felt pressured to find something negative about coworkers in order to help in their "development." Working Weekends were a drawback

Pros

perks: free workout classes and great discount on clothing

Cons

There are many pointless emails and meetings that seem to just be a check list and not anything worthwhile.
