Pros

Great people, positive work environment, a real sense of goal setting and development (depending on team) plus the free workouts are great (don't need a gym membership)

Cons

Not so much a "con" but right now most teams are thinly stretched due to lack of bandwidth, but management are hiring in a big way to fill the gaps. So longer than standard 9-5 hours are pretty normal.

Pros

Onsite gym, free fitness classes, good discount, provides leadership tools.

Cons

Ever changing hours , young inexperienced managers, too many screw around meetings (which make your work day longer).

Pros

you get to work with other yoga people, which is great because you get to know so much of your community. you also get a discount, which helps if you are are yogi, crossfit runner, or yoga teacher. the majority of people at your store are usually inspiring and awesome.

Cons

whatever the company is doing at their headquarters is totally different than what happens at the store. they are in serious denial about what it is like to work on the ground. they say they want feedback, but if you actually give it, they don't really want to hear it, or you get in trouble. they celebrate themselves constantly, but where are the real benefits? the company is endlessly focused on "pipeline" and "successors" and making lululemon a career... except they pay on the very low spectrum of retail pay, especially for what is asked of you. if you think you're going to move from a store level to a corporate level, that's a joke. there is almost no movement from store to the SSC, because the upper echelon makes it really clear that your value is only in speaking well about the company, and you are definitely a looking down upon. regional managers talk down to you and barely get to know you. they are not in reality about the fact that poor pay, no growth, disrespect and placating teams with empty promises does not a career make. nor does it make a business worth committing yourself to... especially when you are going to be working all hours of the day and night, working without getting paid, and never seeing any real changes made above the store level.
