Pros

Goal Oriented. They honestly want you to balance your goals within the company and your outside life. You can participate in fitness classes on their behalf once or twice a week. They are exceptionally involved in the community and creating growth through a grassroots process.

Cons

The pay was not enough to live off of in a large city. Politics came into play when individuals gave "feedback" or sought a promotion.

Pros

Being a team member at Lululemon offers opportunities to be involved in community outreach programs for healthy lifestyles, as well as functional and fashionable workout clothes and accessories

Cons

Some managers can be very demanding on shift time and involvement outside the work hours. Most managers are reasonable and fine.
