Pros

Free yoga classes, discount, people in the stores

Cons

Ask you to read books for personal development but it's really for work purposes and they do not pay you for it, never really a day off as you have to be on call at all times

Pros

personal development; goal coaching; generally supportive environment; great for active lifestyle; a good alternative for those who are too active for desk or office jobs; sales are generally high, so bonuses are typically good; benefits offered after 30 hours; fantastic discount (for employees only)

Cons

feels like a sorority; educators (sales associates) are expected to be very bubbly which can e exhausting; shoppers often don't want to be hassled, but educators have to continuously pop in with information regarding various garments; general retail scheduling is a huge con, especially during the holidays; cannot use discount for anyone but yourself; promotions are hard to come by, and often not given because they "don't think it's a fit" without any further explanation; rude and pushy words & behavior is often masked as "feedback"
