Pros

Great benefits, great culture, awesome people, fun work environment, exposure to goal-setting and leadership development tools, being surrounded by health-minded people. It's a great entry-level job where you can learn about yourself and how to run a business.

Cons

Inconsistent schedule, expectations to participate (unpaid) in tons of community events can be overwhelming, can be a clique-y/catty environment (lots of young/immature co-workers), low pay relative to other jobs. It can also be difficult to deal constantly with hostile customers who are upset over quality issues and the strict return policy.

Great discount, payouts for classes and a fun working environment. Everyone share in goal setting and there is a great sense of community

Cons

It can be slow at times during the off season, and if you are part time then your hours may be very limited
