Pros

Work is fun, you work with awesome people, and you get to be super active. The incentives for making sales goals are also challenging, but never stressful. The clothing is gorgeous and a pleasure to talk about.

Cons

The company does not practice value for culture in management. Instead, a team of "yogis" is hired, with management that is often poorly representative of company values. Seems more like they just want loving people to be the "face" of the company, rather than the meat. The company preaches support for goals, but takes a step back when those goals come to internal advancement, choosing instead to hire from external interviews.
