Coordination between certain teams lacking due to personal egos Marketing activities are almost non existent due to which there is no visibility in most new locations Trying to capture market at impossible pace which may result in falling flat and not achieving really high expectations of management

New things to learn if you are fresher and bucket guy

After few heads have joined there is more partiality inside the company Better to find a new job they may fire without any prior notice Expanding to different cities without a proper base at the start Spending the vc funding like hell by the way I can say looting it in there own No respect to employees after they grew in strength High work pressure. Un necessary salary deductions In discrimination in offering salary people from IIMS or IITS or US return ed guys are not your assets. Offer E-sops to all the employees equally because it's not IIMS who work for the company. Totally beware before taking a call.
