Pretty much everything else. They are very new and went on a hiring spree a little too soon. Some of us just got hired and before we could settle into our seats, were let go of without any prior notice. They behave like a mature organization on the surface but are actually quite clueless. Don't expect any work flexibility or work-life balance here. Nobody has heard of such things in this place. One of the most boring work places I have seen with no fun or even small talk- and how can anyone talk freely if you're not sure if you are going to have your job the next day? You will find yourself being pushed to do unrealistic amounts of work and then not receive any constructive feedback (forget about a pat on the back) on all that work you did...all that is pretty routine.
