what do I say, let me think .....well just nothing.

Cons

Story Teller CEO who can spin yards and yards of unwanted jazz. Hired the wrong guys and fired the right guys. Thankfully, people with sense left on their own.

Pros

The only company who has decent funding in this space. Operational in 6 cities now. Have attracted some high quality people. Promoters seem well connected and understand the business. Business growing rapidly and attracting attention.

Cons

Had a bipolar guy running bangalore earlier. Thank God they got rid of him. They have made a few mistakes in hiring but quickly weed them out. A bad HR guy a useless purchasing guy whose ego was the size of the earth. Both booted. Wish they hadn't hired them in the first place!!!!

Everything. The promoters run it like a lalaji company, may way or the high way. Zilch work life balance. No clarity & consistency in thought. Absolutely nil Business Planning and Management.
