Pros

No pros. Good story telling

Cons

Everything. The promoters run it like a lalaji company, may way or the high way. Zilch work life balance. No clarity & consistency in thought. Absolutely nil Business Planning and Management.

Pros

Nothing you will find good here!! Only people were good. But now company has fired almost everyone. ———Worst startup in Bangalore———

Cons

Mentioning only few - * Listening to CEO you will feel that company is just about to beat Google. Hence he tells very big things which seems impossible. * All the developers are freshers except one or two. They have not got proper guidance * No fun in the company. No outings and team lunch. * They have lot of money to hire many people. But no money for existing employees ( no hike, no variable) * They hired 20-30 freshers from NIT’s and denied to give them a job.

Pros

1. You can at-least tell the whole world that you have a job (may be for a month or two, till the time they ask you to leave rather beg you to leave). 2. Interviews were damn easy. They pay well. They will give what you ask or demand (but that may not be the case now, as VC has cut short the next round of funding to one-third).

Cons

List is quite long. Please read this at leisure. 1. The business revenue model is weak. It can't generate revenue. Even minimal revenue which they generate is not sustainable in longer run. 2. They call themselves an e-commerce firm but every transaction happens offline. 3. Construction industry is the most corrupt and its impossible to streamline with mSupply line of business. 4. Its neither a full-fledged technology nor a marketplace nor a service provider. 5. They have hired people at all levels without any clarity. Now firing left right center that almost every employee has no clue whether he/she would survive the next month. Situation is the same if you are a Business Head or a Vice President. 6. Experienced professionals too have no clue whatsoever where the business is heading. 7. Even IIM grads waste time mostly in FB, whatsapp, glancing newspapers etc 8. Its a startup, agreed. But it can't change the rule everyday. 9. Finally, its the least to say now. As the business model is weak, few employees took advantage of it leading to unethical practices and integrity issues.
