Best company I've worked for, everyone is very accessible and helpful. Everyone truly works as a team on a really exciting product that has a lot of potential to grow.

Pros

The benefits and pay along with bonuses are great. The company seamlessly works cross functionally across departments which makes each role feel less restricted. They are big on team!

Cons

Not too many downsides of working at MABL.

Pros

Incentives are very well-aligned at mabl. Everyone understands the opportunity in front of us and team members are very supportive and generous with their time. You are able to bring your full self to work without fear of judgement as we embrace each other's differences and unique strengths. There is a lot expected of you, but you're given a lot of autonomy and aren't micro managed. The team trusts each other and cares for one another. Leadership is extremely accessible and transparent.

Cons

As with many startups, there is not always a playbook to go by. Oftentimes you're creating the playbook via experimentation and iteration. I personally find this to be exciting, but it may not right for everyone.
