Pros
Small team, with a strong sense of camaraderie and lots of opportunity to contribute in different ways. Great casual office with snacks, games, bean bag chairs and more. Lots of company transparency from founders. Fun team-building events and outings. Flex vacation policy and great benefits coverage, as well as periodic bonuses. Founders don't believe in work/life balance, they believe in life/life balance (think 4 day work week during the summers!). Everyone truly enjoys working together, and it's clear there is a strong passion for building both a great product, as well as a great team and company. Team is incredibly smart, works really hard, but also has a lot of fun.
Cons
Commuting in to downtown Boston can be a pain and can make for long days, but to be a part of this team it's totally worth it.
