Pros

The team is verrry kind, supportive, and intelligent. The mission of simplifying and democratizing QA is core to the company's culture (we really do love and focus on our users. Like really). The compensation and benefits are designed with care for employees. Mabl is not here to check boxes and make a buck; everything here is done with care and with the intention of building an altruistic institution.

Cons

The space we're in is unique and requires dedication to understand. Technical expertise is a big part of the culture, which can be a challenge for industry newcomers. If you aren't from a QA background, there will be a fair amount of learning and ramping up to be able to competently discuss the product and industry.

- An impressive team with deep expertise across many domains giving team members endless opportunities to learn and grow - A supportive work environment where you can get involved in areas outside your primary role - Transparency from top to bottom, you're never left in the dark about company metrics, financials, etc. - Customer focused, entire team is in constant communication with users to better understand and prioritize work. Every engineer is encouraged to join customer calls to learn how they're using the product and what can be improved. - Team is highly driven, there is no shortage of interesting and challenging problems to work on. The team constantly tackles difficult problems. - It's a great group of people to hangout with

Cons

- some rough edges in processes as the company grows in size but management is responsive and works to resolve all issues that may arise
