Transparent, trusting, family-oriented, flexible. The organization really strives to adopt company values and make sure they're adopted. For example, there have been meeting rules put in place to make sure that others don't interrupt, that shy voices are respected and amplified when they do speak up, and that remote employees aren't spoken over when the lag in video calls give their feedback a delay. Management trusts you to get your work done and just ask that you remain accountable for what you are committing to get done. Feedback is always transparent and you're always pushed do better yourself.

Great team members. Management is focused on hiring the right people with a great team fit, not simply the most talented individuals. We live our core values of Drive, Passion, and Positivity. Management also clearly articulates company goals and where we stand on a regular basis. There's no blowing smoke here. Everyone has the same title, Engineer. When given the option of shipping a kluge today, or solid code next week, management is adamant we invest the extra time to ship the better quality solution.
