Great team members. Management is focused on hiring the right people with a great team fit, not simply the most talented individuals. We live our core values of Drive, Passion, and Positivity. Management also clearly articulates company goals and where we stand on a regular basis. There's no blowing smoke here. Everyone has the same title, Engineer. When given the option of shipping a kluge today, or solid code next week, management is adamant we invest the extra time to ship the better quality solution. Great benefits (401K, summer Fridays, medical/dental/vision, commuter benefit, team outings, weekly catered team parties, fully stocked kitchen), quarterly team bonus structure.

Small team, with a strong sense of camaraderie and lots of opportunity to contribute in different ways. Great casual office with snacks, games, bean bag chairs and more. Lots of company transparency from founders. Fun team-building events and outings. Flex vacation policy and great benefits coverage, as well as periodic bonuses. Founders don't believe in work/life balance, they believe in life/life balance (think 4 day work week during the summers!). Everyone truly enjoys working together, and it's clear there is a strong passion for building both a great product, as well as a great team and company. Team is incredibly smart, works really hard, but also has a lot of fun.
