Pros

Very strong product market fit and incredible engineering team that continues to innovate. The overall culture at mabl is very supportive as well, investing heavily into their current employees to build up the skills they need to succeed. Leadership team does a lot to communicate transparently and are very generous with their time so folks feel very empowered to get the support they need to succeed. Finally the folks here are generally just great people and fun to work with.

Cons

Like all start ups there are a lot of plates in the air so it can get busy at times, but if anything this is a great sign of demand and growth!

The product is great and has a competitive advantage in the market. Product team is passionate and very collaborative.

Cons

Like other startups, mabl has challenges in terms of management talents. CRO and divisional leaders don't have enough experience, and they prioritise their finances more than customer value toward the next fundraise.
