Pros

For me, it has been a great place to work. As you'll see from other comments, the people here are great. They are mostly young professionals and are overall really nice and helpful. I've been exposed to a lot in my job that has taught me how companies function. Every day is different and I stay very busy. I was promoted after 2 years with the company and intend to stay here until I return to school to work on my masters full time at UT. I've referred 2 friends to the company and one was hired!

Cons

Of course there are always things that can be improved, but overall I enjoy my job and am proud of the company. I have expressed my opinion on things that could be improved and several have been acted upon. There are some negative reviews, but I think if you read into them, you can see they were written by employees who were bitter about their own lack of advancement (and based on their attitude its not surprising).

Pros

They have no idea how great the people are that work there. Some of the employees are the best people I have ever met.

Cons

I have nothing good to say about this company. I was harassed physically by management on several occasions. I was publicly berated, my clothing was pulled over my head and held there by my direct manager until I couldn't breathe, my stuff was taken without my permission, and even though I was a top performer, I was passed up for two promotions because I started an investigative claim about the physical harassment from management. The treatment was so terrible for the entire year that I was there that I spent some days in a state of depression. I was taken advantage of, disrespected every day, and when I finally spoke up about this grotesque harassment and discrimination, I was ignored. I filed a claim with the EEOC after mindWireless tried to "buy me off" so that I would stay silent. I am still in the process of filing at this time. The nonexistent HR department (run by a distant third party) treated my like human garbage when I submitted my claim. The rep did not listen or investigate the claim. It was simply as sham to make the owners feel better about their "Christian" company. The turnover rate is so high, over 25 employees left in the short time I was there. For perspective, the company is only about 40 people total. mindWireless is highly religious and sources their candidates mostly from white, Christian males. They will promote these men regardless of their skillset over anyone who is slightly diverse. They actively discriminate against the LGBT community. Management is racist, sexist, evil and hateful, and if you value your sanity and sense of self, you should not consider working here. Do not listen to the more positive posts on this site, as mindWireless hired current employees to write them. They are not honest reports of this company.

Pros

The work was decent and my supervisor was nice. Location in the Austin office was also decent but nothing was nearby.

Cons

The overall environment was hostile. My friend in Houston felt the same. I was doing very similar work to him but was making half of the amount he made. I was straight out of college and a woman. This place was definitely the worse place I have ever worked in. Soon after I left I landed a position with a nurturing and loving company.
