No one cares. Compensation and Benefits: Most retail stores have better pay and benefits. No one cares. Work/Life Balance: Expect to work over-time or be over-stressed. The high employee turnover means you'll be working your share and someone else's. No one cares. Senior Management: Do whatever you want, no one's watching. Get paid to Facebook. No one cares. Culture and Values: There are none. Do what you want. There is no Human Resources Department on site. Sexually Harrass your neighbor or be a racist. No one cares.
