very fast hiring process, easy interview, office job, looks nice on resume

Cons

the work was not at all challenging, i was constantly talking to angry/frustrated people that had an inability to follow directions. that was the day-to-day. the pay was really low for IT work. go work for a company that pays real money

You're a cog in a machine, easily replaced. You'll be paid as little as possible and told to work as much as possible. You'll be given more responsibility without more pay (or a change in title) as often as possible. Get ready to be exploited.
