Pros

Great opportunity and place to work for someone that is willing to work hard and be rewarded for the extra effort! I have grown both professionally and personally since joining the company. Management does a great job of engaging young strategic thinkers that aren't afraid of a challenge and being a true partner with the customer.

Cons

If you are wanting an environment where someone stands over you and tells you what to do every second of the day....this is not the place for you.

Pros

The office is really nice and in a good area. The workspaces are tight and close together, so get ready to REALLY get to know who works near you.

Cons

From what I've been told by people who are leaving the company and those who have already left, the latest trend here is to hire a ton of people for low wages knowing most will leave soon. Stack a bunch of ikea desks next to each other in a cramped space and continue to fill vacated seats with waves of new hires. There isn't any upward movement and the "open door" management policy is a false promise because management doesn't care/listen.
