      * Working with a team packed full of consummate HR professionals who respect each other and love our work! * Flexible work schedule * 40-hour work week * CEO who truly cares about us! * 100% remote position

      Cons

      Some of the benefit offerings may not be on par with bigger employers, however, this is far outweighed by the pros of working for myHR Partner

      Pros

      I'm a long-term employee who has seen us through our growth. We continue to be cared for as people and supported in every way possible. It is such a relief to not be overloaded with work and be able to control our own capacity.

      Cons

      Growth can be a little painful and we are no exception. But we are working our way through it. The senior leadership team is fully focused on new systems, tools, processes, etc. to fix what's not going great and it's working!
