Our team at myHR Partner is like no other. Supportive. Flexible. Accountable. Authentic. Determined. Uber Talented and Smart! As a team, we get things done in ways that amazes me each day. We have grown substantially in the last 2-3 years which makes myHR Partner an exciting place to be. The growth also provides opportunities for each person to make great impact. We believe strongly in the development of our team, a culture of feedback and looking for ways to create opportunities for advancement. Cons
We are going through rapid growth and as we learn how to exist in new growth stages, there are some bumps along the way. We work together to learn and grow from these bumps to make us stronger, but you have to be willing to expect some of this. For those providing services to our clients, it is somewhat of a mental gymnastics exercise managing multiple clients. It is challenging but also rewarding at the same time.
