I have lost faith in the leadership. Mandating 5x/week back in office is less flexible than pre-COVID. It’s the only company I know that has gotten less flexible, which the executives should be embarrassed by. CEO seems to be surrounding himself with yes men telling him that this mandate and is somehow a good idea. Additionally, the new-ish CPO really doesn’t have people skills for the job. We just had a round of layoffs yet he avoids tough questions even though people are asking out of fear of losing their jobs and sadness for losing their coworkers.

As software point of view. It is unnecessarily complicated. If you have to go from A to B, you just go from A to B, instead at ncino, it is that you should from A to X then P, then Y then D, then G then come to B. But why ?
