We are so glad that you are having such a positive employee experience with us. We also totally agree that the London office is far too cramped. I guess the silver lining is that we are growing that region! The other good news is that we will be relocating to a new London office by year's end and it is going to look amazing! I know everyone will love the new office. And thank you for your suggestion on continuing to focus on collaboration opportunities. It does make a difference.
