Pros

Great place to work. Very much a work-hard, play-hard mentality. Great benefits and getting better., in a terrific beach town.

Cons

There is only 1 latte machine and it's located on the second floor. Hopefully they install another one soon.

Pros

nCino is, hands-down, the best place to work. Not just in Wilmington, but everywhere! I have worked in different cities and states and have never experienced what nCino has to offer. nCino truly cares about the employee. Benefits are far superior than most companies and allow you to have a great work/life balance. When you wake up in the morning, you want to go to work. From a professional standpoint, they want you to grow within the company and help take the company to the next level.

Cons

The grass is not greener on the other side...trust me. There are no cons whatsoever.

Pros

I've had a great experience working for nCino for the past couple of years. The culture makes nCino the best place to work because of the "work hard, play hard" attitude. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment but being on a smaller team I've been able to see different aspects of the business and find out my own personal strengths and weaknesses which has made me stronger in my professional career. I feel like the management team does a great job being transparent and keeping employees informed while also valuing the employees and their families and truly investing themselves in the well-being and development of the staff.

Cons

You need to be ready to work hard - there are many times I've worked nights and weekends for a big project and that's sort of normal around nCino. It's definitely not a 9-5 job. However, when you're doing it with your coworkers who are also your friends it makes it a little easier.
