      Pros

      Quite most of the time, if you don't mind sitting around and doing nothing, then it's wonderful. Honesty isn't our strong suite, sad.

      Cons

      We get fried chicken every now and then, that's real nice. The town is kinds dying, you can tell from the real estate situation. People are moving west. I did too!

      nCino is a fast paced work environment with a high energy and highly collaborative group of employees. The people are fun and easy to work with and it's great being part of a company with so much potential.

      At this time I do not have any cons related to employment at nCino. This is a great place to work.

      Pros

      There are so many pros! I enjoy coming to work, that might be the biggest. The people are great! The environment is collaborative and energizing. The potential is exciting from a company standpoint and professional growth standpoint. I am so happy I made the decision to join this amazing company. I can't wait to see what the future holds!

      None at this time. We even have standup desks!!!
