Low pay but "great culture"

We continue to focus on our approach to Total Rewards, from a global perspective, which includes our approach to base pay, incentives, benefits and perks. We are very proud of the fact that our Total Rewards approach offers our employees a very competitive salary. As you shared, we continue to ensure that we are not complacent with our salary approach as we want to continue to attract and retain the very best talent.
One correction, our market data is not specific to Wilmington, NC. As a global employer, we base our pay on all of the markets in which we operate. In the US, we incorporate many views into our compensation analysis that ensures we are paying against national, not city-specific, salary data.
Again, we appreciate you sharing that we are continuing to offer a great culture and environment and that we are continuing to grow in areas. We know nothing is perfect and want to continue to be the best for our employees so that they can fully integrate their lives and their work and feel they can be successful in both.
