A great place to grow your career and work with fun/smart people
Pros
- If you're ambitious and want to excel in your career, nCino is a great place to work. I've had a few different positions at nCino and I never feel like I'm stuck. - You can take different career paths internally and build your skills/experience with other departments. - Empowerment, in my 4+ years at nCino I've felt like I could do my job in the best way that I saw fit and did not feel any type of micro-management. - Flexibility - if I need to go to an appointment for myself, kids/pets, other people I care for, I can do so without feeling like I need to take PTO and make up my time when it's convenient. - If you like to be around friendly, smart, ambitious people then nCino is an awesome place to work.
Cons
- I sincerely enjoy working here and everything about it. Would having a hybrid work schedule be nice, yeah - but what makes nCino so special is being around each other and pushing each other to be our best.
