Pros

Good people, good work life balance.

Cons

They destroyed the health benefits. It used to be top tier, now it’s not worth staying, many have left over it as the pay isn’t good enough without the health benefits.

Thank you for the feedback on culture and work-life balance. Those matter to us and we're glad they're part of your experience! Regarding benefits, we did move to a cost-sharing model on health insurance and HSA contributions, and we understand that shift feels significant. But our total benefits package, including what employees actually pay out of pocket, remains well ahead of what most comparable companies offer. We're proud of that and we remain committed to it. Thank you again for taking the time!

Pros

For entry level roles the company works with passionate individuals who lack work experience for the role. You learn a lot in your first year.

Cons

Depending on your team or project there can be stressful times where you feel you are falling behind or not getting the assistance you need to succeed in your role. nCino has also had major company layoffs that are seemingly random and not based on performance, making it difficult to feel secure in your role.
