Pros

Managers were easy to talk to and manufacturing team was fun to work with. People dedicated to their work and performance.

Cons

Morale can change pretty fast. Sometimes goals weigh heavy on the workers.

Pros

- Quick progression from $13.5 to $15 assuming you pass all your reviews during the first year. - Decent health insurance, their regular insurance is about $60 per paycheck and the HSA plan is about $32 per paycheck. If you have the HSA they put in $200 and then do a dollar-to-dollar match for the next $200. - 401K with a 40% match for the first 5%

Cons

- Advancement and wage increase stagnate after the first year. You get another $0.50 after you're second year. - Depending on what you're job it can be difficult to get new skills and learn in other areas because they never make time for you. - Favoritism - A lot of overtime and mandatory overtime on Saturday

They have cool technology, smart employees and are very flexible with schedules - great for folks with families.

Cons

While the technology is really awesome, the employees are smart and the schedules flexible at times the overall strategic vision and direction of the company is unclear.
