      Pros

      Friendly, down to earth, strong products with an unlimited growth, professional, scientific and creative. One of the best places to work in Vancouver.

      Cons

      Large turnover at times because pay isn't what some other companies provide. Some new members try to hard to change systems that weren't necessarily broken.

      A really interesting place to work at, as it's vertically integrated. They gave a tour of the labs, which was really cool

      Cons

      It's not the most exciting place to be in...at least for an intern. Things seemed a bit bureaucratic, and it was hard to see how the entire company functioned.
