      the actual working people, they know what has to be done.

      no mention of layoff 60+ people in January because of very poor sales

      They have cool technology, smart employees and are very flexible with schedules - great for folks with families.

      Cons

      While the technology is really awesome, the employees are smart and the schedules flexible at times the overall strategic vision and direction of the company is unclear.

      Friendly, down to earth, strong products with an unlimited growth, professional, scientific and creative. One of the best places to work in Vancouver.

      Cons

      Large turnover at times because pay isn't what some other companies provide. Some new members try to hard to change systems that weren't necessarily broken.
