      Pros

      Knowledgeable and effective contributors on the manufacturing and engineering teams and great company culture. Several areas to gain experience and contribute to the company's fast growth in recent years.

      Cons

      Career development is limited and management is frequently restructured, often limiting visibility of key contributors and causing high turnover rates. This may be because of constant growth where restructuring is necessary and avenues for growth do not yet exist.

      The people are great. There are opportunities for growth and learning.

      Cons

      The pay could be better. Employees are "spread thin" and asked to perform several different functions.

      Good for manager track careers. Not Engineers.

      Pros

      Great leadership. Lots of hard working competent engineers, marketers, and managers. Not a place for lackluster performance or big egos.

      Cons

      Lots of managers. It's not a great place for innovative engineers -- nothing technically exciting on the 5 year plan. But probably decent for those working into management roles. Cross-company team integration is a persistent void. Pockets of business units exist within themselves and can go years without interacting or feeling connected with other ones.
