Friendly culture, supportive management. Really impressive cafeteria.

Cons

Not much to say here. I'm in the Cooling division (air conditioners) and the summers can be very busy, but the winters can be calm.

Good People, Poor Operations

Fun people that will help you along the way Slowly getting in new equipment Diverse manufacturing processes

Cons

Most equipment is dilapidated and falling apart Capital projects are based off a budget rather than if you can justify them Not enough manufacturing engineers, way too many managers.
