The company is committed to growing and investing in that growth by expanding portfolio as well as M&A. Its a culture of change, in a good way, you have to constantly pivot and adapt to the markets is any SaaS company wants to be successful and their product has a positive change i our world which is hard to find in a company.

Cons

Every company struggles with the battle between fully remote, hybrid and multiple global locations and how best to make it efficient and successful so like any company there is trial and error on communication best practices.
