Pros

Worklife balance is one of the best pros for this company. They support taking time off and the teams are all close knit.

Cons

The operational temp can peak and valley at times, creating increased workflows and delieverables. But that's the nature of a tech company. Fast paced and fun.

We couldn't agree more......Nearmap is very supportive of life/work balance and putting our people and their families first. The fast nature of our business isn't for everyone, but for those that thrive on being a part of something exciting, Nearmap is definitely the place to be right now.
