Cool product, very disruptive model, high growth business, nice offices, good benefits

Cons

CEO is out of his depth. The company needs to improve its culture, they hired a new head of HR to get this done but I doubt the CEO will let her do it.

Pros

-Very involved (in a good way) global executive team that listens. -Overall high caliber of talent -Good pay -Great insurance (we get dental and vision for minimal cost!) -Investment in success (sales training, marketing budget, good tools etc...) -Employee stock purchase just implemented -People here are kind. The genuinely like each other.

Cons

-A little reactive on a few key issues like pricing, rather than proactive in the industry -No 401K match -We tend to overthink some things and make mountains out of molehills (testing new pricing, getting a big bespoke deal approved, marketing messaging etc...)
