some nice people and some very knowledge people who have been working on that site since Fairchild Semiconductor it is a good place to work for if you are a fresh graduate, but the fab is going to be shut down in the near future as they stop investing on new equipment

Cons

low compensation compared to the average of the industry, almost no space for young people to get promotion, very old equipment creates challenging situations to engineers
