Pros

-Good people and friendly environment -No long working hours -It is a good place to work a few years before retirement if you are looking for a mellow environment without any challenges and career advancement.

Cons

- There is no smart person working in engineering there. - Engineers are not up to date and knowledgeable. Don't expect to learn any thing new working there - Old technology and no intentions to make any change - Everything is as slow as it gets! - No one really works! They just kill their time 7-5 - Low salaries in comparison to all other technology companies in Oregon - Higher managers in Phoenix are a bunch of finance people who do not have any clue to run a technology company, they are excellent in not spending any extra pennies though! - Very bad orientation at the beginning. You are on your own, it would take up to a year to learn what you need to do your job.

Pros

Lower stress and pressure than many other places. The people there are pleasant to work with and engineers all work shift 1.

Cons

Low growth, and it's in the middle of nowhere (which isn't for everyone, but I guess some people like that kind of thing.

Pros

9 to 5 job, worklife balance.

Cons

This is an appalling organization to work for at Gresham OR site. They rule by fear and ignorance. The upper management team is not smart, they base decisions on people they like, not data or business need. They have a culture of 'yes men' and 'do as I say, not as I don't'. They absolutely do not value their human resources. They do business 'by spreadsheet', missing the bigger picture of gaining value from the employee base. There was a $7.5K bonus for current employees to refer new hires (exempt). However, all of the positions remained unfilled - nobody made referals! What does that tell you?
